The Sublimation Process
The sublimation process involves applying the ink via transfer paper onto the fabric under extreme heat and pressure. When the fabric cools, the design (including crests, names and numbers) and colours are locked into the fabric. This process enables unlimited scope for design and colour. The fabric is 100% polyester so the design will never fade.
LiTek – is a lightweight, breathable fabric with is ideal for juniors, rugby carnivals, 7’s competitions or a warmer climate.
DuraTek – is a strong, robust fabric that will give your club many seasons of wear. It is suitable for both junior and adult competitive teams.
Team Spirit custom made rugby shorts are built to survive scrums, lineout lifts and anything else the season throws at them. All shorts include elasticated waists, re-enforced sides and pockets.

PremTek – 100% polyester lightweight shorts that can be fully sublimated. Suitable for rugby union and league clubs wanting to have sponsors displayed on their playing shorts or complex designs.
Polyunion – Blend of polyester and cotton fabric that is tough and the perfect fit. Predominantly used for rugby union.
Cotton – Strong, robust fabric ideal for the rugby union traditionalist.
Team Spirit custom made soccer socks are designed to stay up under pressure with double re-enforced elastic on the turnover. Our socks are made for durability and have a “super cushion” (70% cotton/30% nylon) foot for extra comfort.
